IBS is a condition which affects the digestive system which causes unpleasant and uncomfortable symptoms such as stomach cramps, diarrhoea, constipation, and bloating. These symptoms can come and go but IBS is usually a lifelong condition, and symptoms can be so severe that they may need to be relieved with medicine.
