Clearasil Rapid Action Cream explained

Clearasil Rapid Action Cream can be used to improve the appearance of blemishes on the skin of your face and it can serve as a treatment for acne. This product has been dermatologically tested and is clinically proven to reduce the size and redness of spots within 4 hours.

Acne is a skin condition which many people end up having to deal with. Acne can affect the face and other areas of the body and causes the skin to be oily and form spots which can feel hot or sore. There are many reasons acne spots can form, including hormonal changes, or as a side effect of smoking or a specific medication you’re taking. Though acne is not a serious condition, it can cause a lot of frustration and embarrassment, partly because of how noticeable acne spots tend to be when they’re on the face. However, a cream like Clearasil Rapid Action can reduce the visibility and discomfort caused by acne spots or other types of blemishes in a meaningful way.

How does Clearasil Rapid Action Cream work?

This cream utilises what Clearasil calls its Acceladerm technology, which refers to the combination of ingredients used to help combat spots caused by acne. Ingredients in the Rapid Action Cream include propylene glycol, octyldodecanol, cyclopentasiloxane and polyacrylamide.

The ingredients in this cream work together to help open up your blocked pores, clearing out the build-up of oil and sebum which leads to the formation of spots and blackheads. It encourages exfoliating, which is the process of removing dead skin cells from the surface of your skin so that new and healthy cells can replace them.

All of this not only means a reduction in the size and redness of spots, but the cream also clears your pores and allows your skin to breathe. Pores are small dots across your skin (including your face) where hair follicles grow from. Oily secretions naturally come out of these pores, but sometimes an excessive amount can develop leading to problems like acne. Creams like Clearasil Rapid Action can be used to deal with such an issue.

Who can’t use this cream?

If you have not used an acne treatment before or you think there may be something in this treatment which you could be allergic to, then it’s worth checking through the list of ingredients Clearasil Rapid Action Cream contains. You should avoid using this product if you know you are allergic to something in it. If this does not apply, however, then you will in all likelihood be able to use this product just fine whenever it’s needed.

If you experience any skin irritation or other side effects while using this cream, put a stop to using this treatment and inform your doctor or local pharmacist as soon as you can. This cream is for external use only, so avoid getting this cream into your eyes or other sensitive areas.

Using Clearasil Rapid Action Cream

When required, this cream should be used on a daily basis to treat your spots until they are completely cleared. Apply the cream once every morning and evening to achieve visibly clearer skin.

Remember to wash your face thoroughly before applying Clearasil Rapid Action Cream. When ready, apply a thin layer of the cream directly onto spots and allow it to dry. Wash your hands after you are finished using the cream.
